This is a practice strictly followed by GIT because it has in every step assisted to improvise the concerned project , helped us prune ourselves and find new techniques to perform efficiently.

For e.g. The Current College Management Program. We have initialized a full scale research on the concerned college and have been gathering data from student and staff equally. This has given us a better understanding of the requirements of the client and to draft a project based on the data derived from the research. The research has given us a clear insight of the situation. We have drawn out a scheme wherein a website and an intranet system would be the ideal solution to the client. The website would cater to bring forth the course details, duration of the courses, timetables, staff details, student mark sheet format as well a student report model. While the intranet system would hold the data base of staff and student attendance, student data base, staff's leave details as well as maintain the mark sheet of students.
